Please be advised that an ETD can ONLY be applied for in person at the Embassy, in emergency circumstances, where the Zimbabwean Passport is not available for travel.
The following are the requirements for obtaining an ETD;
i) Zimbabwean National Identity Card (ID)
ii) Zimbabwean Birth Certificate
iii) Expired Passport or Police Report in cases of Lost or Stolen Passport
iv) 2 x Passport photographs strictly measuring 3.5cm x 4.5cm
v) Payment of AU$80.00 CASH or Money Order payable to the Zimbabwe Embassy
vi) Please contact the Embassy for the application form.
Note: Emergency Travel Document is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
