Please note that the Embassy will not take any walk ins therefore anyone requiring the service should book through the Zimbabwe Association of Western Australia (ZAWA)
Kindly bring the following requirements for Passport: (Original and Photocopy)
- Original Zimbabwe Passport or Police Report (Lost/Stolen Passport)
- Original Zimbabwe Birth Certificate
- Original Zimbabwe National Identity Card (ID)
- Copy of Australian Visa
- Married Certificate (for married woman)
- Two (2) current coloured passport photographs (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm)
Requirements for Birth Certificate (child born outside Zimbabwe): Original and Photocopy
- Child’s Australian Birth Certificate
- Mother’s Zimbabwean ID, Birth Certificate and Passport or
- Father’s Zimbabwean ID, Birth Certificate and Passport
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
Applicants are advised to bring the originals and PHOTOCOPIES of the relevant documents for passport applications. The certification of photocopies will be done by consular officers.
FEES
– Verification of documents and passport form is AUD80.00 (CASH ONLY)
- Verification of documents for birth certificates for children born in Australia or outside Zimbabwe is 00 (CASH ONLY)
